InvestPNG is an investment promotion and information platform. It provides structured information about investment opportunities in Papua New Guinea for informational and facilitation purposes only.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the InvestPNG platform — including text, data, graphics, logos, investment briefs, sector analyses, opportunity descriptions, and interface design — is the intellectual property of InvestPNG or its licensors and is protected under the laws of Papua New Guinea and applicable international treaties.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from InvestPNG. Limited personal, non-commercial use (such as printing an investment brief for review) is permitted provided attribution is maintained.
5. Opportunity Information
Investment opportunity information presented on the platform is compiled by InvestPNG in good faith from sources believed to be reliable. However:
- InvestPNG makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of opportunity information, financial projections, technical specifications, or regulatory status.
- All opportunity information is indicative only and subject to change without notice.
- Prospective investors must conduct their own independent due diligence, including legal, financial, technical, and environmental assessments, before committing capital to any opportunity.
- The inclusion of an opportunity on the platform does not constitute an endorsement by InvestPNG, the Government of Papua New Guinea, or any associated entity.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- InvestPNG, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any information provided.
- InvestPNG does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or security vulnerability.
- InvestPNG is not responsible for the conduct, representations, or performance of any opportunity sponsor, project developer, or counterparty whose opportunities appear on the platform.
8. Account Termination
InvestPNG reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
- Violation of these terms
- Provision of false or misleading information
- Conduct that InvestPNG reasonably considers harmful to the platform, its users, or its reputation
- Extended period of account inactivity
You may close your account at any time by contacting privacy@investpng.com. Upon termination, your access to portal features will cease and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to external websites or resources. InvestPNG does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external sites. Use of third-party resources is at your own risk.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Papua New Guinea.
If you access the platform from a jurisdiction outside Papua New Guinea, you are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent they are applicable.
11. Changes to These Terms
InvestPNG may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
