Organisational Structure

The platform is organised around two operational pillars: sector coverage and platform operations. Sector coverage ensures deep expertise across Papua New Guinea’s priority industries. Platform operations ensure the systems, processes, and standards that underpin the platform remain robust and credible.

This structure enables InvestPNG to maintain both the specialist knowledge required to assess individual opportunities and the institutional discipline required to operate a sovereign-grade investment promotion platform.

Sector Desks

InvestPNG maintains dedicated coverage across eight priority sectors:

• Mining & Minerals — Gold, copper, nickel, and critical minerals across Papua New Guinea’s geological provinces
• Agriculture — Cash crops, food production, agro-processing, and supply chain infrastructure

Each sector desk is responsible for opportunity identification, data verification, brief preparation, and investor engagement within its domain. All investor communication is routed through the relevant sector desk to ensure continuity and process integrity.
