InvestPNG · Partner Engagement
This page addresses common questions from PNG-based entities considering engagement with InvestPNG. For questions not covered here, contact InvestPNG through the engagement portal.
InvestPNG works with PNG-based landowner groups, project sponsors, government agencies, and professional service providers. Entities must be legally registered in Papua New Guinea and have a defined opportunity or capability relevant to the platform’s coverage sectors. For full details, see the partner engagement hub.
Initial engagement, opportunity assessment, and capital-readiness scoring are provided at no cost to the submitting entity. InvestPNG’s engagement terms, including any applicable fees for ongoing services, are discussed during the initial assessment process and agreed in writing before any commitments are made.
Contact InvestPNG through the engagement portal or submit an opportunity for assessment. Initial enquiries are treated confidentially and responded to within five business days.
InvestPNG primarily works with PNG-based entities. Submissions from international entities are considered on a case-by-case basis where the opportunity is located within Papua New Guinea and the submitting entity has a demonstrated connection to the project.
Submissions should include a project summary, corporate structure documentation, land tenure or tenement evidence, and any available feasibility studies, technical assessments, or regulatory approvals. Submissions do not need to be complete across all categories — InvestPNG will identify documentation gaps during the assessment process. See the submission page for full requirements.
InvestPNG conducts an initial eligibility review, followed by a capital-readiness assessment against the five-pillar framework (Legal, Technical, Commercial, Financial, ESG). Accepted opportunities are structured into institutional investment briefs and listed on the investment pipeline.
Timelines vary depending on documentation completeness and project complexity. InvestPNG provides an indicative timeline following the initial review stage. Partners will receive acknowledgement of their submission within five business days of receipt.

Verified Partners receive enhanced platform visibility and priority access to investor introductions. See Become a Verified Partner for full details.
