The process begins with assessment. Not all projects are immediately investable. InvestPNG’s role is to identify what is required to bring an opportunity to institutional standard — then support that process systematically.
Inclusion in the InvestPNG platform is not automatic. Every opportunity is evaluated against a defined capital-readiness framework covering resource confirmation, regulatory clarity, documentation completeness, and viable investment entry structure. Only opportunities that meet this threshold are presented to the investor community.
Platform Inclusion Criteria
To be considered for platform inclusion, an opportunity should have: a defined resource base or commercial proposition; clarity on land tenure or regulatory status; an identified investment entry structure; and a willingness to engage with the InvestPNG documentation process.

InvestPNG conducts a structured investment readiness assessment against a defined capital-readiness framework. Gaps in documentation, regulatory compliance, resource confirmation, and investment entry structure are identified and a roadmap to platform readiness is produced. Opportunities at early stages of development are considered — the assessment identifies what must be resolved before the opportunity is presented to the investor community.
InvestPNG prepares institutional-standard investment documentation — including structured opportunity web pages, investment briefs, and due diligence reference packs — aligned with the expectations of international institutional and strategic investors. All documentation follows the InvestPNG brief template. Disclosure, format, and positioning are calibrated to institutional standard. Company decks and pitch documents are replaced by platform-standard briefs.
Structured opportunities are listed on the InvestPNG platform and promoted to a targeted network of institutional and strategic investors. Sector-specific promotion is developed for each active opportunity, aligned with verified investor appetite across relevant geographies and capital classes. InvestPNG facilitates introductions, supports engagement logistics, and coordinates early-stage due diligence processes between opportunity holders and aligned investors.
