Project sponsors with defined investment opportunities in Papua New Guinea can engage InvestPNG’s structuring and promotion services to present their projects to international institutional capital. InvestPNG applies a systematic capital-readiness framework to ensure that projects meet the documentation, governance, and disclosure standards expected by qualified investors.
The platform works with project sponsors across all priority sectors — from resource extraction and energy generation to agriculture, manufacturing, infrastructure, and tourism.
InvestPNG is not a broker or financial adviser. The platform provides opportunity structuring, narrative development, and controlled distribution to a network of qualified institutional investors. Specifically, InvestPNG offers project sponsors:
Every opportunity submitted to InvestPNG is assessed against five pillars of capital readiness:
Each pillar is scored independently. The aggregate readiness score provides investors with a structured, comparable assessment of project maturity. Opportunities with higher readiness scores receive priority positioning and enhanced investor visibility.
Project sponsors should be prepared to provide supporting documentation across all five pillars. InvestPNG does not publish company investment decks or internal documents directly. All project documentation is treated as source material and rewritten into the platform’s institutional brief format.
Financial figures, production estimates, and technical data are only included in investment briefs where they are supported by verifiable source documentation. Where verified figures are not available, briefs will note that further detail is available upon request through InvestPNG.
InvestPNG manages all investor communication through its sector-based engagement desks. Project sponsors do not engage investors directly through the platform. When a qualified investor expresses interest in an opportunity, InvestPNG coordinates the introduction, manages information flow, and facilitates structured engagement.
This controlled distribution model ensures that project sponsors engage only with serious, qualified capital providers — and that investor due diligence is conducted within a professionally managed framework.
Project sponsors can initiate engagement by submitting an opportunity or by contacting InvestPNG through the engagement portal. Initial submissions are assessed for eligibility and capital-readiness potential before further engagement is proposed.
